My order showed up packed really nicely and everything felt secure, if that makes sense. The bottles were wrapped well, nothing leaked, and nothing got crushed. The box was tidy and easy to open too. i don’t really have any complaints about the packaging.

Most of my order showed up just fine, but one of the items was the wrong size. Not a huge deal, and support did get it sorted out for me, but it took a little longer than I expected.

I ordered a few items from Bigelow Chemists after comparing prices with a couple of other sites, and theirs were definitely reasonable for the brands they carry. I especially appreciated that the checkout was straightforward and the shipping cost didn’t feel inflated. Everything arrived packaged neatly and in good condition, with no leaking or crushed boxes. Overall, it felt like I got solid quality for the money, and I’d be happy to order from them again.

I mean, everything was mostly fine, nothing terrible or anything, but I wasn’t exactly blown away either. The products were decent overall, though one of the creams kind of felt like it had been sitting around for a while, if that makes sense. And I was expecting the scent to be a little stronger, but it was faint. Not bad, just kind of underwhelming

There was a lot to choose from, I was able to find most of what I came in for. A few things were out of stock, but overall it was still a decent shopping experience.

I reached out to customer service it felt like forever before anyone got back to me. I get that places get busy, but come on, give me a break, a simple reply shouldn’t take that long

I found C.O. Bigelow sorta easy to use overall. It was simple to move around the site, the search worked well, and the product pages had the details I needed without making me click all over the place.
The only thing I noticed was that a few pages loaded a little slower than I expected, and checkout could be sorta clearer. Nothing major though, and I still had a good experience.

I called ahead for my prescription, but still I ended up waiting a long time there. The staff was nice enough, they were polite, but about the order they seemed kind of confused. It wasn’t the worst experience or anything, just I expected things to go smoother from a pharmacy like this.

I ordered a couple of things from bigelowchemists.com and ended up needing to return one of them. I figured it would be straightforward, but the return instructions were vague, so I had to email more than once just to understand what I was supposed to do.

The worst part was the timing. I needed the refund to come through before another bill hit my card, and of course it dragged on forever. I kept checking and checking, and nothing showed up for way too long.

Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but for me the whole return and refund process was just annoying and badly timed. I don’t see myself ordering from them again
